  1. After approval, follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  2. Pack items properly and include order info in the parcel.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  1. Refunds: typically 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  2. Exchanges: shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period allows returns for any reason within 30 days. See Refund & Return Policy.

2. How do I request a return?

Please fill in the Return Request Form with your order number, name, and reason. We will process your request within 2-3 business days and send you instructions.

Note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Can I return if I simply do not want the item anymore?

If your order was shipped correctly and arrived in perfect condition but you wish to return it for personal reasons, we do not support such returns. EU customers may use the 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw without reason.

4. What happens after I return my product?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days. If it meets our criteria, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After your return is approved, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. What are the return requirements?
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
  • We do not accept returns of used, opened, altered, or damaged items.
  • Promotional items, gift cards, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible.
7. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the return is due to an error by Faborya (for example, wrong item shipped or defective product). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. How should I package my return?
  • Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to avoid damage during transit.
  • Do not use envelopes or flimsy packaging for fragile items.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping and keeping the receipt or tracking number.
9. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please take clear photos and contact us immediately at info@faborya.com. We will provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Important: please do not refuse delivery, as this may delay the return process.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you need an exchange, please indicate it in your Return Request Form. Once the returned item meets our criteria, we will ship the replacement. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and new item shipping costs.

11. How can I get the return address?

The return address will be provided after your request is approved. Do not send returns to our office address without approval, as they may be rejected.
