1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Once your payment is verified, we typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Peak Seasons: During promotional events or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delays: If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Origins & Warehouses
To ensure product authenticity and freshness, FABORYA ships from different global warehouses based on the brand and product type:
Israel Warehouse: Ships Professional Salon & Clinic Skincare brands (e.g., Christina, GIGI, Anna Lotan).
South Korea Warehouse: Ships K-Beauty Products (Skincare, Makeup, Hair & Body Care).
Other Regional Warehouses: May be used for specific items or special events.
Split Shipments (Multiple Packages):
If your order contains items from different warehouses (e.g., one item from Israel and one from Korea), your order will be split into multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
3. Shipping Methods
For most destinations, we offer two main shipping options:
Express Shipping: Delivered via international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS). Faster delivery.
Standard Shipping: More affordable option with slightly longer transit times.
The specific methods available for your country will be displayed at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times & Rates
Transit time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
4.1 Salon Professional Products (Shipped from Israel)
Destinations: Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Scandinavia), North America (USA, Canada), Asia Pacific (HK, Japan, Singapore, Australia, NZ).
Express Shipping: Approx. 5–10 Business Days
Standard Shipping: Approx. 10–20 Business Days

To USA: Standard starts at ~$10 USD | Express starts at ~$21 USD
To Europe: Standard starts at ~$9–11 USD | Express starts at ~$21–25 USD
4.2 K-Beauty Products (Shipped from South Korea)
Destinations: USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Nordic countries), Asia (HK, Japan, Singapore).
Express Shipping: Approx. 4–9 Business Days
Standard Shipping: Approx. 7–20 Business Days

To Asia (HK, JP, SG): Standard starts at ~$7 USD | Express starts at ~$22 USD
To USA/CA/AU/UK/EU: Standard starts at ~$9 USD | Express starts at ~$27 USD
To Switzerland/Denmark: Standard starts at ~14.45 CHF | Express starts at ~21.67 CHF
5. How Shipping is Calculated
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on four factors:
1. Destination Country/Region
2. Total Package Weight (or Volumetric Weight)
3. Selected Shipping Method (Standard vs. Express)
4. Origin Warehouse (Israel or Korea)
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated as "Tax Included" at checkout, all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs fees or failed to clear customs:
We will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost AND any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
7. Tracking Your Order
Tracking Numbers: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as each package is dispatched.
Split Orders: If your order was split, you will receive separate emails for each shipment.
How to Track: You can track your package via the "Track Order" page on our website or directly through the carrier's website.
8. Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
1. Please contact our support team with your Order Number.
2. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
3. Resolution: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
