1. Orders

1.1 How can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the order and click Cancel Order.
  3. Confirm your request.

1.2 What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery:

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

  1. Go to My Orders in your account.
  2. Click Track Order to view the latest status.
1.4 How can I modify my order?

For address, size, or quantity changes, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before shipment.

1.5 Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, we accept orders placed online via our website only.

2. Payments & Discounts

2.1 How can I pay for my order?

We accept major payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal) and may offer local options depending on your country. All payments are processed securely.

2.2 Will I be charged VAT or import duties?

Depending on your destination country, VAT and/or import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges. Please check local regulations before ordering.

2.3 What should I do if there is an issue with my payment?

If a payment fails:

  • Re-try your card or use another payment method.
  • Confirm card details (name, number, expiry, CVC) are correct.
  • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

2.4 How do I use a discount coupon code?

At checkout, enter your code in the Discount code field and click Apply. Eligible discounts will appear in your order summary.

2.5 Why isn’t my coupon code working?
  • The code is expired or not yet active.
  • Minimum purchase requirements not met.
  • Code applies only to specific items/collections or single use per customer.

3. Shipping

3.1 What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region. See full details in our Shipping Policy.

3.2 How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also find it in My Orders.

3.3 Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

We’re currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address.

3.4 What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

3.5 What happens if my address is incorrect or undeliverable?

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. For exclusions and conditions, see our Return Policy.

4.2 How do I request a return?
  1. Log in and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the item and click Request Return (or contact us).
  3. Follow the return instructions we provide and keep your proof of postage.
4.3 When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4.4 Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

4.5 What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us immediately with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Account Security & Privacy

5.1 How do you protect my personal data?

5.2 How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account and open Account Settings to update your information and password.

5.3 What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
