1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Where do you ship from?

To ensure maximum freshness and authenticity, we operate a Dual-Warehouse System:

  • Israel Warehouse: Ships professional salon brands (e.g., Christina, GIGI, Anna Lotan).
  • South Korea Warehouse: Ships K-Beauty essentials.

1.2 Why did I receive only part of my order?

If your order contains items from both our Israel and Korea warehouses, they will be shipped separately to speed up delivery. You will receive two separate tracking numbers. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way!

1.3 How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 6-12 business days (Express) / 10-18 days (Standard)
  • Europe: 5-10 business days (Express) / 8-15 days (Standard)
  • Asia Pacific: 4-10 business days (Express) / 8-15 days (Standard)

1.4 My tracking number hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. For international shipments, tracking may not update while the package is in transit between countries (on the flight) or being processed by customs. Please allow 3-5 days for the next status update. If it has been stuck for more than 10 days, please contact us.

1.5 Will I be charged customs duties?

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties levied by your country's customs. The recipient is responsible for these fees. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.


2. Orders & Modifications

2.1 Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to cancel or change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

2.2 Can I place an order as a guest?

Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and saves your details for future purchases.

2.3 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer specialized gift wrapping. However, our products are packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


3. Product Information (Skincare)

3.1 Are your products authentic?

100% Authentic Guaranteed. We source directly from brand manufacturers, authorized distributors, and certified regional agents in Israel and Korea. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits.

3.2 How do I check the expiration date?

Most professional skincare products use two types of indicators:

  • Expiration Date (EXP): The date by which the product should be used (e.g., EXP 2026/12).
  • PAO (Period After Opening): Look for a jar symbol with a number (e.g., "12M"). This means the product is good for 12 months after you open it.

3.3 Why does the packaging look different from the photo?

Brands (especially professional lines like Christina or GIGI) frequently update their packaging or formulas. Receiving a product with new packaging often means you have received the freshest batch directly from the manufacturer.

3.4 Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Many of our products are safe, but some professional-grade items (containing Retinol or high-concentration acids) may not be suitable during pregnancy. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor and checking the ingredient list before use.

3.5 What if I have an allergic reaction?

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Since everyone's skin is different, FABORYA cannot be held responsible for individual allergic reactions. Please check the ingredients list carefully.


4. Payments & Security

4.1 What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay.
  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
  • Europe: Bancontact, iDEAL.
  • PayPal: Secure checkout.

4.2 Do you accept Cryptocurrency?

Yes! We accept USDC (USD Coin) via the Base network. Benefits include NO Gas fees and no foreign exchange fees.

4.3 Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Our site is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption. We do not see or store your full credit card numbers.


5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5.2 Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover the shipping.
  • Change of Mind: You cover the shipping.

5.3 How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 days), we will process your refund. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds.
