Fill in the Return Request Form at the bottom of this page with your order number, contact details and reason for return (include photo links if there is a problem).
Our team will normally review your request within 2–3 business days. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
After your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please pack items carefully to avoid damage during transit.

You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. All returns must be submitted through our Return & Exchange Center so that we can review and approve your request before you send anything back.
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with all safety seals, labels and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage or tampering, or are returned without full packaging and free gifts, may not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics and personal care products. Gift cards, digital items and products clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are also not eligible, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In most cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If the return is due to a Faborya error (wrong item or confirmed defective product), we will cover or refund relevant shipping costs according to our policy.
After we receive your parcel, we normally inspect the items within 5–7 business days. If the return is approved, refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
Please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the outer parcel, shipping label and the product showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items and, where applicable, refund your original shipping fee.
Yes. If you prefer an exchange, please select “Exchange” in the form below and tell us which item or variant you would like. Once your return is approved and received, we will ship the replacement. Unless the exchange is due to our error, you will be responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the new item.
For logistics reasons, our return address is not the same as our registered office address. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Please do not send any parcels back without approval.
