We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell cosmetics and personal care items, strict hygiene and safety standards apply. This page summarizes how returns work. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

1) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals or shrink-wrap intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items (hygiene & safety):

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and body care products
  • Items with broken safety seals or removed labels
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

2) How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your Order Number and the reason for return:

  2. Wait for approval. If accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and the correct return address (Israel or Korea) for your specific items.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method, and pack items securely.

Important: Do not send items back to the sender’s address or our Hong Kong office without prior approval. We operate warehouses in Israel and South Korea, so the return address depends on your specific items (Israel or Korea).

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / wrong items (our error): If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Trackable shipping recommended: We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5) Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Start here: Contact Us.

6) Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

7) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8) European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
