Refund policy

1. Overview
At FABORYA, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. However, as we specialize in cosmetics and personal care items, strict hygiene and safety standards apply.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Important: Do not send items back to the sender's address or our Hong Kong office without prior approval. Since we operate warehouses in Israel and South Korea, returns must be sent to the specific warehouse designated by our support team.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unopened & Sealed: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals and shrink-wrap intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
- Timeframe: The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and body care products.
- Items with broken safety seals or removed labels.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@faborya.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address (Israel or Korea) for your specific items.
- Ship It: Pack the items securely and send them using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), FABORYA will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it:
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund officially.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping label and outer packaging.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Parcels (Customs & Duties)
As stated in our Shipping Policy, international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
If a package is returned to us because the recipient:
- Refused to pay customs duties/taxes;
- Refused to accept the package; or
- Provided an incorrect address and failed to correct it;
We will issue a refund MINUS:
- The original shipping cost; AND
- Any return shipping charges, customs fees, or administrative fees billed to us by the carrier.
8. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
