This featherlight, non-transferable powder is the perfect fit for a modern empress. Blended with the velvet compound powder (developed based on the scientific principles of refraction, transmission and reflection of light), the Velvet Powder Pact with SPF30/PA++ creates the perfect translucent skin. With added oil-absorbing multi-porous powder (which has 3 times more oil control effect than ordinary makeup powder) to offer high coverage with matt, long-lasting finish. Complimentary Velvet or Rubycell puffs are included for either natural or high coverage.
