At Faborya, we take the security of your payments and personal information very seriously. All online transactions on our website are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways and are protected by multiple layers of technical and organizational safeguards.

1. Secure Website & Encrypted Checkout

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides a secure infrastructure for online commerce. Every page of our site, including the checkout, is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. This means that the information you submit is encrypted before it is transmitted over the internet, helping to prevent interception or tampering.

2. PCI DSS Compliance via Shopify Payments

We use Shopify Payments and other PCI DSS-compliant payment processors to handle your card transactions. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

Because your payment is processed by these certified providers, our store does not see or store your full card number, card verification value (CVV/CVC), or PIN. Sensitive payment data is encrypted and tokenized by the payment processor.

3. How We Handle Your Payment Information

  • We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
  • We do not have access to your card’s CVV/CVC code after the transaction is submitted.
  • Limited billing information (such as billing name, billing address, last four digits of the card) may be stored in order to identify transactions, process refunds or comply with legal and accounting requirements.
  • Payment tokens generated by the processor may be used for order processing, refunds or chargeback handling, but cannot be used by us to reconstruct your full card details.

4. Authentication & Fraud Protection

To help protect both our customers and our business, our payment providers apply automated risk checks and, where supported, enhanced authentication methods (such as 3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication). In some cases this may require you to verify a code sent by your bank or to confirm the payment through your banking app.

Transactions may be declined or held for manual review if our fraud-prevention systems detect unusual or suspicious activity. This is done to protect your card from unauthorized use.

5. Supported Payment Methods

We currently support a selection of trusted global and local payment methods, including:

  • Shop Pay
  • Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Cryptocurrency: USDC (through supported payment partners)
  • Selected local payment methods: Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands)

Availability of specific payment methods may vary by country, currency and device. Any new methods we add in the future will also be processed through secure, certified payment providers.

6. How You Can Help Protect Your Account

While we work hard to protect your information, there are also steps you can take to keep your account secure:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Faborya account and do not share it with others.
  • Always check that you are on our official website before entering any personal or payment details.
  • Never send full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or passwords to us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized use of your payment card or Faborya account, please contact your bank or card issuer immediately, and inform our customer service team.
